Allen Nabwire Ssebugwawo has over 25 years of working experience in Australia, Uganda and Kenya. 18 years of these have been at senior leadership positions and over a decade in General Manager/ Managing Director roles.
Most recently she was the Managing Director for G4S Uganda since November 2020 to January 2025.
She holds a Masters Degree from the University of New England Australia, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Makerere University, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.
She is a strategist and business leader with a strong commercial, finance and execution background. She started her career as an external auditor for Deloitte and Ernst & Young and thereafter obtained experience across diverse industries such as financial services (JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Canada in Australia) and consumer goods in Uganda and Kenya (EABL and Unga Millers Uganda) While in EABL/ UBL – DIAGEO she held several senior executive roles in finance and general management, her last role there being Route to Consumer Director.
She’s an entrepreneur at heart having founded Zynamics Uganda Limited in 2017.
Allen has also been serving as a non Executive Director for Equity Bank Uganda Limited since 2020.

Peter is a very experienced strategic business leader with over 22 years of successful hands-on experience in Business Management and Administration, Accounting, Finance, Security Management and General Operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Makerere University. He worked for G4S Secure Solutions Uganda until February 2025 when he left while holding the position of Head of Cash. Prior to working as Head of Cash Services, Peter held several roles which include Security Operations Manager, Accountant, Administrator and General Security Operations Execution and Supervision.

Eve is a seasoned administrative professional with over five years of experience supporting executive-level operations and managing human resource functions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University, which laid a strong foundation for her career in organizational management and development.
She began her professional journey at G4S Secure Solutions Uganda Ltd, where she served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. In this role, she demonstrated strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage high-level executive tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and strategic coordination. Her dedication and efficiency quickly earned her a promotion to Human Resource Officer, where she took on broader responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Currently, Eve serves as the Human Resource Officer at Streamline Security Uganda Limited, one of the leading security companies in the country. Her role involves overseeing HR operations, policy implementation, staff welfare, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to supporting organizational goals have made her a valuable asset in the company’s continued growth and success.
